The Hollows
Perched on the edge of a rocky cliff lies a building of sorts that looks like it stood and surpassed the test of time. From the grounds at the base of the ridge it looks almost ominous with dark clouds that never seem to go away. Like it’s a storm 24/7. I wandered into the 1 story building and noticed that there were one two windows, both which had these big steel bars on them. Further inside was one other room with no windows at all. But a flame in the corner of the room lighting up a staircase going down right next to it. But how can that be? A staircase leading to what? Questions continued to pace themselves around my head until I gathered up the courage to go down the staircase halfway before running back up. I couldn’t see well enough to go all the way down but I know there’s more rooms down there. Many more rooms. Like an underground castle.
